Refunds and cancellation

Trial

The 30-day Pro trial does not collect a payment card and does not automatically charge you. A paid subscription begins only after you choose a plan and authorize checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel renewal through the billing-management link in Account or the order/receipt tools provided by Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; paid access ordinarily continues until the current billing period ends.

Refund requests

If you were charged unexpectedly, experienced a material service failure, or believe a billing error occurred, contact support@apexgammon.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email and Lemon Squeezy order number. We review requests fairly and may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and service use.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds may take several business days to appear after approval, depending on the payment method.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
