Terms of service
Using Apex Gammon
You may use the free game without an account. Apex Pro requires an account and is intended for personal backgammon play, study, and analysis. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully.
Trial and subscriptions
The Pro trial lasts 30 days and does not require a payment card. If you choose a paid plan, the price, currency, tax, cadence, and total are shown before authorization. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated. See Pricing and Refunds.
Game and review limitations
Backgammon includes chance, and no description of Alpha guarantees the result of an individual game or match. Alpha Review, Tutor feedback, equity estimates, scores, and training materials are study aids and may contain errors. They do not guarantee competitive results or a particular rate of improvement.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass entitlement controls, scrape or copy protected Alpha outputs at scale, probe protected services for extraction, interfere with service operation, access another user's records, submit unlawful content, automate excessive requests, resell access, or reverse engineer protected server components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your records
You retain ownership of the gameplay information you create. You grant Phoenix Soft Inc. the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, secure, export, and display those records to you. Eligible Alpha-loss records may be retained in a restricted service-improvement archive as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Engine capacity, features, and interfaces may change. Material subscription or policy changes will be communicated through the service or account email where practical.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect analysis, fitness for a particular competitive purpose, or specific improvement. Phoenix Soft Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or material breach. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export owned records.
